ShutterEye Photobooth will replace any missing or faulty parts that you receive in your order. This warranty will last for 90 days after purchase. 

  1. If the equipment is not working, you will need to ship the faulty item to ShutterEye Photobooth to go under inspection. To determine the issue .

    A-Parts include: RGB Light, RGB Remote, And Travel Case / Flight Case if any were purchased .

  2. The warranty does not cover breakage, scratches, overuse damage, or loss of any equipment. or personal damage to equipment,

  3. Depending on the Item/ Part that needs replacement, it can take up to 3 weeks after we receive the unit.
